Shipping policy

We ship nationwide via The Courier Guy!!!

- Economy - R110, delivery in 1-5 working days (depending on your location).
- If you order before 10:30 AM, you might get your delivery on the same day.
- HIGH RISK AREAS: There is a flat rate of R185, and delivery might take longer. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IF YOU FALL UNDER A HIGH RISK AREA FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES. 

If you spend R2500 or more, you will qualify for free standard shipping (high risk areas are exempt of this).

Important rules to take note of:

- SILK SEDUCTION BY J reserves 24 working hours for processing from the time an order is placed before it is transferred to our carrier and leaves the warehouse for shipment. 
- Delivery times don't include weekends or holidays
- Orders only ship and deliver on weekdays (Monday to Friday)
- Please plan ahead for any unexpected delays
- TRANSIT TIME DOES NOT BEGIN UNTIL YOUR PACKAGE LEAVES THE SHIPPING CARRIER'S FACILITY AND DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.
