Refund Policy
At Silk Seduction By J, we reserve the right to evaluate returns on a case-by-case basis. Returns will only be accepted if the products are in their original, unused condition and meet the criteria for restocking.

Unauthorised Returns
Any returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed. These items will be returned to the buyer at their expense once the shipping invoice has been settled.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns on certain items. This includes, but is not limited to, magnetic lashes that have been opened and used , bondage serums, eyelash glue, primers, lash trays that have been used or cracked by the client ,tweezers that have been misused by the client and lash shampoo.
