So yes, eyelash extensions save you time in the morning because you can skip your mascara step BUT this doesn't mean you get them done and then forget about them, you still need to brush your extensions, wash your extensions and keep oil away from your extensions to maintain their longevity.

Your eyelash extensions can last you anywhere between 4-6 weeks and you can have fills every 2-3 weeks to maintain a healthy, full looking set. Each extention will fall off gradually as your natural lash sheds and the rest of it ultimately depends on how well you take care of them at home as well as how well the application was done.

Are eyelashes dangerous? 

No! As long as you get them done by a proper eyelash technician who uses the correct products, you can be sure to have no complications. Unfortunately in this day and age we have alot of issues that may arise by "fake lash techs" or bad product usage to save a buck, this can cause irritation, infection and pain on a client. So always be sure to go to the trusted technician and not just anyone advertising!

The famous question, can water touch your eyelash extensions?

Washing your lashes also helps keep your eyes clean and lashes healthy. Washing them does not make them fall off faster but instead keeps lash mites away!
